How to order

Please select the quantity from the desired product page and add it to your cart.
After completing your order, an order completion email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive the email after a while, please check your spam folder or check the status of your order from your order history.

Returns, defective products and cancellations

We can only accommodate products purchased through our online store.

The deadline for returns is within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact us by email using your order number from "Inquiries". We will contact you with the return address and return method.

We cannot accept returns after the product has been used. We also cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer reasons or after the product has been shipped.
If the product you receive is damaged or dirty, please contact us by email using your order number from "Contact Us" . In the case of defective products, we will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Any other costs will be borne by the customer.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago, regardless of whether the return was due to a mistake on our part or due to your own convenience.

About Shipping

Delivery within Japan will be made by Sagawa Express. We cannot accept requests to specify a delivery company. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping fees will be listed at the time of payment. Please note that shipping fees vary depending on the region.

After your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 2-7 business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Orders placed during Golden Week, Obon, and the New Year holidays may take longer to ship than usual. If there is a delay due to bad weather, the convenience of the delivery company, or any other reason, we will notify you by email.
